A little look at lately.
Lately, life has felt like
a mix of exciting projects, new ideas, and a few quiet moments to just breathe. I thought I’d share a little behind the scenes of what I’ve been learning, creating, and working on lately—the kind of everyday update I always enjoy reading from other people.
Nothing too formal. Just a little look at what’s keeping me inspired right now.
01. Learning
I’ve been thinking a lot about photography lately—not only how to take a technically beautiful photo, but how to create an image that actually feels like something.
Light, composition, texture, and even the things you choose to leave out can completely change the story an image tells. I’ve been experimenting more, paying attention to the little details, and letting myself try things without needing every attempt to be perfect.
Turns out, sometimes the best way to find your style is simply to keep creating.
02. Creating
There are a few new projects taking shape behind the scenes, and this has been one of those seasons where one idea seems to lead straight into another.
I’ve been gathering inspiration, sketching out concepts, refining details, and trying to leave enough room for ideas to change as I work on them.
I’m learning that the creative process is rarely as tidy as the finished result makes it look and I think that might be part of what makes it so good.
03. Working On
I’m also focused on simplifying a few things, both in business and at home.
Better systems. Fewer unnecessary steps. More intention about what gets my time and attention. Nothing particularly exciting on its own, but together, those small changes have created more space for the work—and life—I actually want to make room for.
It’s been a good reminder that progress doesn’t always have to be big or loud to matter.

And that’s a little look at life lately—some learning, plenty of creating, and a lot happening quietly behind the scenes.
